I wanted to try out some new brushes and to practise with some colors, after I was so inspired by some of the hubble-pictures of a Nebula of Orion I found by accident ^^
Hope you like the result!
Done with Photoshop CS2 and 5, and Sai PaintTool in about 6 hours of work or so.

Could you tell what are the settings for brush to draw such mysterious hair?

Well, I usually work with SAI PaintTool (which is quite cool for painting hair)
Do you know the program?

Yes, but don't know all the options of it yet, so I use basic brushes, changing only size & density.

Okay: I usually use the normal Brush tool with following values:
Bleding: 8
Dilution: 34
Persistance: 49
Simple circle, no textures, Min Size 100%
And varied Density
