Watercolour. Another Steven Cronin tutorial.
Seems like the winter version of your autumn one.
A good fallback when I want to paint but lack inspiration!
Hi Jennyben, this is great, from a composition that puts the focus just a little bit out of the center, to light and lightest values combining sky and ground, darkest values adding substance, and dry strokes till wettest aereas. A ratio that puts a strong nature and little humans perfect together - a great moment for all three of us - the couple, the watcher and the paintress.
They say every painting tells a story, I love that you tell me your interpretation, and so beautifully. Thank you Guido 💕💕
Excellent work! Dig the silhouetted trees & subtle colors. Also, nice that you leave the white of the paper to show.. I've never had such patience, when I've tried watercolors
Thank you for your lovely comments I do appreciate them. You do need patience with watercolour, but not too much or else your paper dries! I am terribly impatient and really have to reign myself in 💕💕
Yes you are officially a professional. so nice linda. ...
Oh my gosh... absoltely stunning. Amazing!
I do love your work. This is amazing!
