Impact
Vision: A good start to what could be a great series of photos. Though it's lacking in some areas, I can see that you have an eye for photography.
Originality: A good idea in theory, to shoot a dog while he's in motion, and then blur out the background.
Technique: I believe this might have worked better if you would have shot the dog from the side, or done the blur differently. Right now it just looks like a shaky camera shot. Think of it like a car moving, shooting from the side usually looks better then shooting from the front.
Impact: the dog looks as if he could jump from the photo at any moment! It's a great idea, as I said. Though composition and technique needs work. Shoot from a point where the dog is a bigger portion of the photo, and no square in the middle.
