Inktober Day 12: Whale [Cookie Run]

Another digital Inktober, and another Cookie Run-themed Inktober picture that doesn't combine the themes from the official and CR Inktobers in favor of just making a CR pic however I want to fit the official theme? WHY NOT?!  
After all, the first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word "whale" is Peppermint Cookie - it's best friends with a whale!  
 
Peppermint Cookie is a cute little sailor who might seem lonely - but, the truth is, all its friends are at the sea. When it blows its trusty conch shell it summons its many friends such as seagulls, dolphins, and of course - its old friend that it cherishes most, the Peppermint Whale.  Not only is it a good companion and guardian to the young Cookie, but it's also a fabulous ride across the ocean since the only boat Peppermint has is its Paper Boat Sailor pet.  
(I'm beginning to wonder if perhaps it was raised by that whale a la Flapjack from the Cartoon Network show I cherished as a child~)
 
This is basically a redraw of Peppermint Cookie's official art but with a slightly different twist. I'm pretty proud of how clean and close to the original it came out, especially as this was my first time drawing Peppy and the way it's posed when it rides the whale is somewhat strange and difficult for me.  
 
I definitely want to draw Peppermint sometime soon again! It's such a cute cookie and it's so fun to draw.
