Training with Jumpy and Kyrogk: Jumpy vs. Veloki 1

Copyright: Jumpy is based off a nameless NPC from Megaman Legends, which belongs to Capcom. Kyrogk the lion and Veloki the cheetah are Sonic OCs that belong to me and both were designed by my awesome friend !

Okay! Pardon the delay, school related matters and other things kept coming up, but here's the next part of Kyrogk's boxing training program for Jumpy! Things take an interesting turn as another face joins the fray, Veloki the cheetah, a speedy prankster and close friend of Kyrogk! Jumpy may have finally met his hyper match! Without further ado, here's the accompanying dialogue:

Jumpy: Well, my right hand's feeling a bit better after that whole punching bag incident.

Kyrogk: That's good! Because you'll be needing it for the next part of your training!

Jumpy: Cool! Do I get in the ring yet? Because I'm always ready to fight! Yeah!

Kyrogk: Heh! Settle down a bit. But yeah! You'll be fighting in the ring alright, for a good sparring session!

Jumpy: Awesome! I can't wait! *Gulp!* M-my opponent's not you, is it? I mean, you're pretty big and powerful, and I'm not so sure I could stand up to your punches...

Kyrogk: Ha! No, you won't be sparring with me, kid. I did anticipate that you'd need to be fighting somebody in your range and speed, so I called over a friend of mine. He's almost like a brother too, and I think you two will get along.

Jumpy: Really? Cool! Where is he?

(Just then, a yellow blur streaks up behind Jumpy!)

WHOOSH!

Veloki: He's right behind ya! Boo!

Jumpy: Gyah! What?! Who?!

(Jumpy nearly jumps ten feet in the air as he's shocked by the sudden arrival of somebody behind him!)

WHOOSH!

(Veloki speeds around in front of Jumpy to shake gloves with him.)

Veloki: Heh! Just kidding! Didn't mean to give you a fright like that. The name's Veloki the cheetah! Pleased to meet you! I'll be your opponent!

Jumpy: *Phew!* Cool to meet you too! My name's Jumpy! You're pretty fast! I didn't see you coming!

Veloki: Thanks! Yeah, pulling pranks and going fast is what I'm all about!

Kyrogk: Ha! That's Veloki for you! He should be a good opponent for you too. I know you consider yourself pretty fast Jumpy, but as you can see Veloki's no slouch in that department himself.

Jumpy: Oh yeah? We'll see about that! I'm ready to go!

Veloki: Same here! Be good not to have to spar the big guy here for a change. He doesn't pull punches a lot...

(And there you have it! The next part of Jumpy's training is a fight against somebody who just might be even more speedy and hyper than he is! Will he be able to stand up to the mischievous Veloki? Stay tuned as the fight starts next time!)

EDIT: I realize Jumpy from the side might look a bit off. I can draw characters from the front alright, but profile perspective is something I need a lot of practice on. If I see another insulting comment, I'll mark it as spam too, and if it keeps up, I'll gladly report any offenders! If you can't offer any constructive criticism, keep it to yourself!

EDIT 2: I made a few corrections, including to Jumpy' head to try and make it so it isn't quite so bulbous looking. As I said, my profile perspective drawings are very much a work in progress, so please bear with me.
