OC Profile: Jake

He's a newer version of a character from an older fanfiction story.

Name: Jake

Age: 13 or so.

Height: around 5'1"

Weight: about 95 lbs

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Personality:  Usually quiet, though can get more energetic when a Pokemon Battle gets going or if he's in a fight.

Likes:  Pokemon training and battling, traveling, meeting others, fighting (started fighting after his bout with Ash.)

Dislikes:  Losing battles or fights, dishonest people, cold weather. Hits getting through his guard (he tends to get hurt in his fights, getting injuries like black eyes and bruises.) People underestimating him because he's a kid.

Home: From Sinnoh. Currently traveling abroad on a trainer journey to different regions like Alola, Galar, etc.

Normal Clothing:  Green t shirt, blue shorts, white socks, and white sneakers with blue stripes.  Sometimes wears dark blue hooded sweatshirt and light blue pants.

Fighting Attire:  Classic red boxing gloves, blue shorts/trunks with white stripes. No shirt, Jake doesn't wear a shirt when he fights. Normally wears white sneakers, sometimes barefoot if fight calls for kicking

Fighting Style:  Boxing, though an amateur style as he's relatively new to fighting.  Does have some experience from sparring with his cousin Jason to learn self defense. Definitely prefers punching, and if a fight calls for kicking he's out of his element and can't guard against them too well. 

Pokemon Training Style:  Somewhat experienced and doesn't rush in without a plan.  Learning more in his travels.

Pokemon:

Statix the Pawmot: caught in Paldea. Frequent traveling companion.

Pyro the Infernape, evolved from Chimchar, Jake's first Pokemon

Pachirisu, one of Jake's oldest friends, caught in Sinnoh.

Jenaku the Gallade, evolved from Ralts, caught in Hoenn. Mega Evolves.

Rumble the Machamp, caught after a long battle in Galar. Gigantamax.

Rex the Tyrantrum, evolved from Tyrunt fossil cloned in Kalos.

Others to be determined. Extras kept at PC or other locale.

Family:

Jason.  Jake's cousin and fellow trainer, around the same age.  Taught him to be a Pokemon Trainer, and is now teaching him how to fight too.  Bit more loud than his cousin.  (There will be a pic and Profile of him at some point.)

Friends/Rivals:

Ash (aged up to Jake's).  Jake met Ash while challenging a Fighting type Gym.  Instead of a Pokemon Battle, they had to fight each other in the ring for the right to challenge the Gym.  After an intense brawl that left them both beat up (and showing they both needed training) they became friends.  Promised they'd have a rematch and fight again someday and finally have a proper Pokemon Battle.
