WBS Mining For Gold was one of those average racers, he always had been. Trailing behind the shadow of the greater racers at White Blood Stables, like WBS Ghost Hour. Miner was a flashy stallion, always an eye catcher, but he lacked the competitive drive that is so crucial in the world of horse racing. Alano Rodriguez, his jockey, would mention that he just didn't want to fight, that the colt just wanted to avoid the other horses and stay away from the competitive competition, like he was shy and socially awkward. Miner would try to stay at the back of the pack and just lag along, and this was a problem that was proving very difficult to fix. How could they fix a horse who didn't even believe in himself?
