I'll definitely try it! I've been trying to figure it out, but there's so many types of Ice!
Though I didn't think to do some in depth studies! :0 (That's how you learn figures so of course that would work with ice??? pfff)

hmmm He might be using some oil brushes/wet media brushes for photoshop similar to the pack I downloaded...
there's many packs to choose from on here too!
