So I deleted some pieces today, including a few semi-popular ones (like the recent "Leia says hi" pinup that has gotten a lot of positive attention and even some fanart of its own). I figured I should acknowledge that and explain why.
I won't be uploading overtly erotic art that depicts likenesses of real people any more. The short explanation is that after some articles I've read and lots of debate and discussion with myself and others, I'm just not comfortable with putting out material that is adding to the deluge of creepy shit famous people have to ignore every day because they're in movies or whatever. I've always come up with excuses t
In addition to several people selling print products on ebay or whatever without my permission, some decidedly more amazing people have made art inspired by my "Leia Says Hi" piece.
For reference:
~McubedCosplayModel (https://www.deviantart.com/mcubedcosplaymodel) Has done a cosplay; the link goes to her Instagram. Her DA page is also full of other Leia pieces.

She has managed to make her rendition of Leia even less covered up than mine.... So, yeah go check out her work; it's great!
:iconsherrisowelu: Has made a 9" sculpture (!) which is amazingly detailed and I love it!
I really have to do more Princess Leia art.
Yep, I'm going to be taking commissions again starting now. Sci-fi, fantasy, characters, portraits, concepts, sketches, heroes, villains, ambiguous figures, fanart, cartoons, creepy stuff, pin-up, superheroes, boring stuff, whatever. I'm down.
So go ahead and note me for that. I am NOT currently doing requests or freebies.
***ALSO! I just set up a Tumblr blog. I want to post more of the silly crap I doodle when I can't focus on work (which is a lot), a lot of which turns out pretty good. I will be active on it and post frequently. It is partially an attempt to 'right' myself and be more focused and productive, something I badly need to do.
