Chiro and Mr. K are very different. Chiro wants to do good and makes things better. Joker wants to do evil and make things worse. Chiro believes she can make the world better. Joker thinks goodness is something fake and he wants to prove it is fake. Chiro proved Joker wrong and it makes his madness worse.
