Hey there :D Just wanna say I really love your art work. Especially your comic strips and underwater stuff :meow:
(I'm a bit of a water lover myself :P)
I really hope to see a bit more from you. I'm a bit envious since you draw so well and I'm a bit more of a
3D artist than hand drawing though I am trying to get better. I hope you don't mind me using some of your work
as references for poses and such.

If your interested in what I do, give me a watch :3 I'm pretty harmless so don't be afraid to talk if you want

My Pokémon comics never really went anywhere. I futzed around with 'em for a while because I enjoyed working with the characters and the universe they inhabit, but I decided I was better off creating original stuff instead. My attempt to do the series in earnest sputtered out after three weeks, but you can read what little I did finish on SmackJeeves: pokemoncomicstrip.smackjeeves.…

okie doke thanks man. though what you said about being better off creating original stuff. I've been doing some hard thinking about my life and know i'm wondering. would making original stuff be a better experience for me?? i've been starting some nintendo comics but now with all ths stuff i've read around the web, should i set more focus on originality BTW i'm reading your nns stuff, pretty cool man

Thanks! :) There's something to be said about doing fan comics and stuff, though - if you do it well, it shows that you can work with other people's established characters, and that's a good way to prepare for a field like writing for television or comics, where you'd be part of a staff that has to collaborate with a common group of characters. Creating original characters and worlds is good if you want to start your own series, though. So it's really all up to you, depending on what creative field you'd rather go into.

WOW!!!! thank you so much man. this has been really helpful. espicially when you mentioned working for a tv series, i don't know if i'm speaking the truth but making these comics makes me feel a bit confident for story boarding but i still remember that it does take a loooong time to get good at an area of art and even more if your not fully committed to it(thats me, college drains me like a leech) but anyway thank you so much
