We don't have copyright on coloring techniques. I don't mind sharing. But so far my art's not that good that anyone would bother asking. x'D But if they did, I'd share. Not one for tutorials though simply because I'm not good enough for that and my techniques are too incosistent for that.

oh yes... that reminds me of the time 6 years ago where kids cried "she stole my style, that bitch" ... lol... it´s funny what kind of wars happen here on dA xD

I would share anything anyone asks me about with how I do my art

I don't share mostly because I don't think to share.

I normally share with people that are currrently there in stream
thats it xD

wait, since when is it forbidden to sell plushies?
the only thing I know is about copyrighted plushies. but amigurumi and plush  is also forbidden here?

Yes because if you can´t proof that you´re a prof. plush maker you could use toxic fabric or glue or things that could get lose and kid´s could swallow it. SO if you sell plushes you need to write down somewhere that those are for adults only and not to play with. I understand this but it still sucks xD

Well.. I don't seem to have a style.. It changes so much i can't seem to control it.

But when i'm drawing other people's characters, and i enjoyed doing it, then i make a progress sheet. It's not a tutorial, more like i'm using it to teach myself but i also like showing others how hard i work behind the scenes that they never get to see.

If i ever get an art style, i'll only tell people who i think deserve it. Cause then it might end up like people trying to copy Sleepykinq's old art style.

I tell when asked

I only do so when it seems like it would be useful.
But sometimes I withold that information when I think the effort on the part of the other person would be beneficial. Or when it amuses me. I don't mind having a trick or two up my sleeve >3c

Hah, fun story, I just did that yesterday, although I didn't quite share it publicly >.>
I don't mind sharing my knowledge, only if there is any worth sharing, of course.

I only share art methods if it's asked of me!
Otherwise I feel as though it's strange to randomly start talking about how I draw out certain aspects of my art.
But that could be my reclusive nature talking.

I only do so when asked ^^' I'm not asked very often oof

I once was so pissed because someone on animexx didn´t want to tell me how she did the eyes for their amigurumi. Someone else discovered how she did them though and told me wehehehe. Since then I tell everyone who asks.
I mean.. yeah this kind of makes me an asshole because this was a thing this other person used to make money (which technically is not allowed in germany since you are not allowed to sell plushies as "plushies" unless you are a special plush person or unless you sell them as "NOT FOR KIDS" (because of kid´s safty and shit like this)) but besides this, I think tiny details like how to do a plush´s eyes won´t ruin someone else.
When it comes to coloring styles I kind of understand why so many people keep their doing a secret. I sadly saw it very often that people imitate other people´s styles and used them for their own profit.
