This piece is a manipulation of ~meganelabonte in front of her bedroom wall.
The textures (from stock) where placed over the image in an assortment of layer styles including:
linear dodge, linear burn, overlay, multiply and screen.

Some cloning, dodging and burning was used to make her room appear a bit more ambiguous.
