Blue Ash Crisis: Chapter 1 WIP FIRST DRAFT Black pavement shines brightly in the luminescence of red and blue strobing lights. “Woooo” cries the sirens while a crowd of people is kept at bay with wooden roadblocks. Several officers surround the scene walking from their cars talking with each other covered by the sound of the loud howling sirens. A store front shines in the neon city lights shadowed by its inner darkness. A police officer holds out his gun carefully walking through an open flat glass door. Outside the shop owner cries out “Please, officer, please do not damage anything.”The police Sergent standing beside the shop owner says “This is not of our concern. The only concern we have is getting that thing out.” Causing the shopkeepers face turning a shade paler.As the officer slips inside the building, he discovers the lights still flicker inside an almost supernatural inky darkness that reminds him of some sort of deep depth.
