Wow !!! The duality man/bull is perfectly done. It looks fierce but in the same time has a suffering/not so bad gaze as it had been cursed by some magicians (see the magical runes on the horns). Great !

Did you come up with the design yourself? It's awesome! The anatomy, textures, and it's so dynamic :D

COOL!!! so question.... is it better to have zbrush for characters and paint them in PS? or is it better in to be an entire digital painting in PS, sculpture, or as a 3D render in 3DsMaxx, Maya, etc?

It depends what do you like to achieve. I use Zbrush for characters and monsters and paint them using Zbrush polypaint, then I go to PS for postprocessing. Sometimes I use other programs for rendering if I need other finish... There is not a magic formula, you just have to find which programs fit your needs for each project. There isn't a "better" way to do something, there is YOUR way to do something. Just try diferent programs and get what is useful for you from each one. Look to other people's works and try to learn how they did them, maybe something they did could help you with your works. Just keep practicing, experimenting and learning.

Just pose your model and find a cool view to paint it (use "Zapplink properties" to store the view). Go to document and "export" it in a .PSD format. I use different materials to manage diferent effects and save each of them in a diferent file. Then I open all of them in a PS file and using different blending options I get what I need (rim light, strong shadows, wrinkles accentuation, specularity...) Just play with the blending and materials and I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.
Hope this helps!!!

You can export it as an .OBJ file and open it in PS (be careful with the polycount). You can use the PS's 3D tools to modify it. You can also use Zapplink to paint the model using PS and return to Zbrush once you finish... there are a lot of options... just explore ;) there are a lot of tutorials out there.

You don't actually export the mesh into Photoshop. It's just the post processing that was done in Ps.
