I tried fooling around with a bunch of brushes in photoshop while working on this piece. I didn't intend to add a background of any kind but boredom has it's ways.
I could have probably made the moon look better but I have no idea how to draw moons. Plus I kind of added it last minute because like I said last thing I planned on doing was adding a background. It took me 3-4 hours just to draw Luna.

Things I changed on Luna:
Armor, Crown, and Boots
Wings
Added Gradient to Wings, Tail, and Mane
Changed Armor, Crown, and Boots to Black and Blue Gradient
Changed Pupils from Normal Pony Eyes to Cat Pupils
Changed Eye White to Blue
Changed Eye Color from Teal to Blue
