Hey Aaron, have you tried the Golden OPEN Acrylic Colors? I haven't tried 'em yet, but figured you might have. They are workable for a long time unlike regular acrylics...

Your painting setup looks like my tattooing setup. Perfect.

I would be wonderful to have all of those supplies. I operate on a pretty basic set of colors... I bet if I laid it all out, it would look impressive enough though

Home Depot. It's a tool/workshop type thing. It works brilliant for the paints!

it's always so interesting looking "behind" the art...
:D

and it's always nice to have more "proof" that I'm not the only one taking up so much space with my supplies whenever my bf gets frustrated !!

I spy a copic marker. What do you tend to use it for, just sketching?

:iconjasinski:

yes. and i have experimented with direct drawing onto the canvas/board and then painting over it. Sometimes that's cool.

how old is your water bucket?
Reply
:iconjasinski:
jasinski Featured By Owner Feb 20, 2009  Professional Traditional Artist
it's the lid to one of those 100/pc CD-R stacks that you can buy at Fry's or Best Buy. I find it works nice for the water bucket- and when it gets too crusty, you just chuck it. This one I have had maybe 6 months to a year.

just curious. I have a potato salad container from 1992. still works and crusty as hell! its become more of a talisman than a water bucket. Thats a nice setup you got there, esp good if its got wheels.
