An' den all uv da Orks wuz smashed.
It is interesting to note all of the factors that make Astartes the natural predators of the Orkoid ecosystem (bolters capable of the brutal and widespread body trauma needed to down an Ork, for one, being the standard issue longarm rather than some kind of laser weapon) and their resulting similarities because of that.
