This is a Space carrier, based off of the U.S.S. Enterprise of the modern naval fleet.

I do agree, but this is a design from awhile ago. My modeling skills. have improved somewhat, but then I don't have much to prove it with, but that was the best I had at the time.

Again, thanks for the comment ^.^

Interesting concept ... well made. Got any aircraft to put on the deck?
Also ... why would aircraft need a runway to start their flight?

Well, technically they wouldn't need any sort of run way. Though, I have a special class of fighters called the ASATM-F's, All service all terrain military fighter. They are typically legged, and the run way system gives them a beutiful area in which to perform advanced manuveres. One most specifically would be adaptive gun emplacements. You could set up a whole bunch of ASAT fighters, and they could act very much like gun emplacements, but they can move around.

Giving a run way, while pretty much un-needed, would allow fighters, very much like the ASAT's to perform complex manuveres that would otherwise be impossible in smaller bays.

Though, I do agree, it is a bit odd, and unorthodoxed. Space is without gravity, giving a huge deck would be pretty much a waste. But hey, it was fun.
