Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me alternate cover

I originally designed this cover and its corresponding back for the two Fire Walk With Me discs (9 and 10) from the boxset Twin Peaks: The Entire Mystery. With my permission, it was also used for the extended edition fanedit by Q2, wherein the deleted and extended scenes were integrated back into the film per the shooting script.
