Hello everyone,
My name is Mikhail Paramonov. I am a fine art photographer with more than 20 years of professional practice and a long-term authorial project focused on intimacy, trust, and the quiet presence of the human body.
I am currently planning a long stay in Japan for personal and artistic reasons. Japan has been deeply meaningful to me for many years — not as a subject to photograph, but as a place of rhythm, silence, and inner alignment.
At the moment, I am preparing documents for a long-term cultural visa in Europe, and as part of this process I am exploring possible future connections, exchanges, or collaborations with artists, curators, or cultural spaces in Japan as well.
I am not looking for anything formal or immediate — only for dialogue, advice, or shared experience from those who work within the Japanese cultural or photographic scene.
If anyone feels that my work resonates with them, or if you have thoughts, recommendations, or insights you would like to share, I would be sincerely grateful to hear from you.
Thank you for your time and for maintaining such a thoughtful community.
Kind regards,
Mikhail
