Barrier Reef

I just returned from a short trip to Saxony Switzerland. Phil, Alex and I got quite the perfect weather conditions for hiking and sleeping inside the national park, although frankly the last day was really hot and our water supply was scarce.

The title bears two meanings, for one the mountain I was standing on is called "Lehnriff" and "Riff" in German actually means reef. On the other hand, this national park is cross-border with Czech Republic, so at some time in history these mountains were a barrier to humans.
