Thanks for the comment! Totally agree—for a hardened outlaw, there's no worse blow to the ego than being outdone by a young pioneer in a sunbonnet and petticoats, holding the reins no less. And talk about a coincidence with your creation matching Annie Oakley! The West is definitely in style!

Well, I had a similar view of my teacher (not quite that low, a bit higher up), but once (I must have been about 8 years old), the teacher punished me and made me stand right next to her behind the desk, next to her chair, on my knees for almost the entire duration of the class. Yes, I couldn't bear the pain in my knees. But while my teacher was looking forward, toward the rest of the class who were in front of me, I could see the teacher, her legs, and her skirt, (which was a plaid skirt, a kilt with its safety pin), leather boots with the inside zipper, and how she crossed her legs, uncrossed them, and how her skirt was pulled up just a bit above her knees. I remember that day perfectly, and to be honest, it wasn't the last time; I had a similar vision, right with that same teacher. Once I was at the desk and she came over hurriedly and made me move aside. She sat right on top of the desk with her legs resting on the seat while she showed me where I had made a mistake, and meanwhile I could completely see her knees with her tights, which were almost touching my shoulder, and her skirt, which was touching my right arm. It was a very curious experience too.

Well, the resemblance to Maureen O'Hara is incredible—her face, her hair, the way it's styled, everything. She looks just like her.
