STEP-BY-STEP, watercolor portrait of a horse

Quick overview on my watercolor painting process, painting was a commissioned portrait of a lovely horsie named Wind. I was commissioned by my neighbor and accepted it despite the lack of time (I have two bigger projects to tackle these days, and teaching workshops every weekend, which allows me to paint what I chose more often.)

I enjoyed the process very much, I only painted a horse once before. What helped a lot was to visit a zoo last week with my family and sketch there for a bit. Their anatomy is so interesting, I wish to spend more time doing horse studies.

Would you like to see a video process of the whole piece? I filmed it and considering releasing it to YouTube :) Let me know!
