Lost

finally have time to work on WIPs- my old computer is longing to be replaced, but in the mean time i am going to try and save some of the files i have on there and try and preserve things i still need to work on and finish...
additional context: as the RP had come to an end and i am moving on with lori onto other stories, i have to make sense in my own way how to bridge what was, in stead of just scrapping everything and starting over because there is always lessons that can be learned in a failed campaign. So instead i have devised an alternate path to keep lori in my creative flow. Someone she thought she could call a "dear friend" turned out to not be so kind. Memories of their "childhood" turned out to be a fabrication of a modify memory spell in order to keep her from suspecting anything wrong with the individual. Of course how could she know any better? Always a little too trusting, easy prey to be taken advantage of...which is a shame because those false memories were pleasant compared to what was replaced.
Example of One thing that changed;
-Her love of griffons- turned out to be a modification of an event which awakened her powers in her youth- where Margrave was forced to work with a band of exotic animal smugglers and was attacked- even almost killed by one. The reason why his left leg is crippled and relies on a cane to walk...
(there is much more to that story lol)

Things that have remained the same, however:
-Margrave, still her adopted father (The only family she has, and is very important to her)
-She is still cursed. (...but i still have to figure some stuff out with it and try to not make it so complex lol)
