Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWith this picture, it was more the subtleties that I liked. Sure, the vector is amazing and well-detailed, but it was the stuff you had to look for to find that impressed me.
Your rain is done very well, and the dull colors made the aforementioned vector stand out even better against the background. Maybe it could have been changed a bit to better reflect his chaos, which was a bit brighter, but I love the texture it provides nonetheless. I liked how Canterlot was in the reverse end, it seems like a small thing, but it's really grasping of the subtleties that makes a good artist great.
All in all, I liked this fine piece of art, but I couldn't use it as my background, even though the textures were great, it got a little repetitive. I'd rate this 7/10.
