Gearing up for the next big convention stop: GEN Con Indy!I can't wait to see all my Gen Con friends, and team up with Dan Houser for some more artworks! We'll be bringing Dan's printer and cranking out some cool color art again. For those who can't see us there, we'll be teaming up again for AWA this year as well!This year's Gen Con will be special, because it'll be the first year I show up representing Vigilance Press as owner and publisher. Stalking the Halls at Anime University
JAFAX's Theme this year is "Anime University." I've been attending JAFAX here in Michigan for the past 12 years or so, and it never gets old.This year, however, I'm not trying to sell my own wares, I'm scouting other artists. It's a strange feeling, walking through the Artist's Alley and scouting other people's art. I'm used to giving critiques and doing art trades and so forth, but this year I'm critically appraising people and gauging whether I think they'd be a good fit for a Vigilance Press product. I almost feel like an undercover agent or a truant officer, spying on all these hopefuls and trying to pick the ones who are ready to step...

Welcome to 2012! This year is already starting off with a bang. Yesterday I got to put inks down atop the amazing pencils of one of my artistic heroes: Denise Jones.
