When designing the three tribes for the story, we had to focus a lot of attention to the pegasi race for obvious reasons. The pegasi are heavily based on Roman and Greek cultures, with a lot of military focus in their society much like Sparta was. The armor designs took a lot of time to create just the right details to make, but in the end it was all worth it.

Perhaps the hardest time perspective gave me was this page, where Pansy is fainting after being scared.  I was never happy with the end result.

Art by James Corck.
Story by Rated R. Ponystar.

She wasn't made for the military life, but she's making the best she can out of it.

I keep seeing this joke thrown around, and I never understood its meaning, despite knowing it comes from "Avatar: The Legend of Aang".

I'm not an expert, but I believe that in the intro, it always starts with a description of how things used to be, and ends with that line.

I really need to check my notifications more often.

Err...I get the idea that Flutter's isn't a good soldier, but being the flag bearer is considered one of the highest honors.
...Just a note.  Otherwise I'm enjoying this (and LOVE the art style) ^_^
Flag-carrying is important. Symbols matter quite a lot.
