Description
Dedicated to my good friend
This one was meant to go up on the 1st of February, being that when he passed away a year ago, but I think every day should be a day to celebrate the memory of one of the best guys I've ever met.
Here you have (from left to right) Emerald Shine, Hex Pen Lovecraft, Myth, Pearl, Movie Slate, Pyrite and Aethyr, hanging out in Movie's theater and discussing a movie while watching it. Which movie you may ask? Not sure really, but it would probably be a horror movie from the eighties. I'm pretty sure they are talking about "In the Mouth of Madness", which is one of the most interesting movies regarding the Cthulhu Mythos. So, yeah, to me they are discussing that movie which you guys should check out because it's really good.
MithosY, Ian, was one of those guys for which we artists exist. He loved, admired, and appreciated everyone and anyone who dedicated their lives to draw. He was supportive of so many artists it's difficult for me to keep track of them all. One time, during one of my fundraising streams, he sent me his last 20$ to help me achieve my goal. And if I ever opened for commissions he'd always take one of the available slots. He never had the same idea twice. All the time he'd be coming up with brand new ideas ranging from horror drawings to fantasy, science fiction, outlandish ideas that in the hands of other writer would have been a complete disaster. He had raw talent. And all of that is tiny compared to what a big and kind heart he had. He was a wonderful guy. He might be gone, but he sure is not forgotten.
Thank you Mithy. I hope you like the drawing, man.
I hope you all enjoy it as well. Don't forget to tell your friends that you love them.
