It is with a very sad and heavy heart that I inform all of you that "BaronSlumber" died on September 22, 2024. Besides being a very talented individual with creative artwork and stories, Baron was indeed a true Hero and Friend. He was always so positive and encouraging to those who knew him well and his simple acts of kindness were worth far more than he knew. During my stays this year in the hospital, he would check in on me daily to make sure I was feeling okay. There were up days when we would laugh and cut up as usual and there were down days when Baron would find a way to make me smile and find the positive aspect of things while going through cancer treatments. We would always laugh and Baron found it quite amusing when my younger brother would refer to him as "Mr. Slumber"!! I can't remember how many times he would tell me in reference to the cancer, "You've got this. You're gonna beat it and live a long, healthy happy life. To me, Baron was indeed a true real-life Hero
