The Evil Organization and their Plan

When my cousin, Laura Louis, traveled to Japan form information of some memories she's haunted by, Laura decided to stay in Japan for a little longer after believing that there are some sort of chaos happening. An evil military government called HYDRA are hunting down Laura for their evil plan involving with mutations. That would explained why they're making mutagen.

As time went by, Laura discovered that the Head Leader of HYDRA is none other than her former father, Dimitri Plasmius. And with Count Dracula's older sister, Lydia Dracula, as Dimitri's partner and wife, things are about to get worse than ever.

After Dimitri was finally defeated, a new villain named Enoc Garcia/Syndrome took over the operation. And after Syndrome was permanently defeated, Celestia Lane/Celestia Plasmius (Daughter of Dimitri Plasmius & Lydia Dracula) took over her father's operation and some of Black Mask's operation.

In the T.U.F.F. Puppy Universe, my old enemy - Haley Wangenstein/Haley Dracula - discovered that I was in Petropolis and decided to rebuild the evil organization that my father (Wolverine) escaped from in the medias.

For the mutant powers, look into the Supervillain folder and find the "Common Mutant Powers to Villains".
