Excerpt from a beautiful song called Lullaby for a Princess

I've been meaning to draw the two sisters together. Even if it's just a head shot...

The song is about Celestia's song to Luna during her exile. It talks about the conflict between the two sisters. Mainly, Celestia getting all the love from her subjects and her sister always being in her shadow. She explains how she never took notice of her sister's dismay and asks Luna to forgive her for being so blind.

I know there is a lot of theory out there as to why Luna turned into Nightmare Moon. But this is one that I seem to relate to and like.

Though, the song wasn't the main focus of this picture (i was listening to a dubbed version of Phoenix Wright while drawing/coloring this ^_^; it seemed to fit at the end and i do encourage ppl to go to youtube and listen to it
