Lazuli and Steve the Stingray [Gift]

A small gift to MoonlightLily0-0 showing her OC Lazuli and her beloved stingray she named "Steve" ^^

This gift serves several purposes. At first I was thrilled drawing Lazuli again. And second, I wanted to try out an underwater scene that I've not done in years. And last, I kinda missed Lily's birthday

I'm sorry to have missed it >.<

The idea with the stingray actually came from Lily who showed some photos of her trip to the aquarium with a shot of Steve in my Discord. Since I like sea creatures, fish and sharks aswell I couldn't resist on trying a stingray. It was a pretty fun and nice thing to try out :3

Thats it all so far. Since I'm in the middle of my summer season projects, this piece was really fitting and I like the overall result and I had a lot of fun doing the lights. Still Lighting and shading under water is pretty difficult and I guess that I've done it wrong at some points. But stili, I hope you like how it came out. Tell me what you think about it and whether I should do more of these pieces in the future.
