 Absolutely gutted to hear of the passing of Richard Williams, he was a master of the craft and a great font of knowledge and supreme skill. His book The Animators Survival kit, is always pride of place on my desk.  The world of animation will be much the poorer without him. Although it’s secondary to the human tragedy of his loss, up until his death he was working on what he believed would be his finest work… ..and now he’ll never be able to finish it… …so utterly tragic.
