Hey all, update
It's been awhile, yet again. This past summer/early fall was very busy, as well as heartbreaking (my dad passed away after a long battle with cancer). Therefore, I have not been shooting as much as usual nor able to teach workshops, but will be resuming these things hopefully soon-ish.On the bright side of things, I've gotten my first printed magazine feature in the latest edition of Outdoor Photography Canada (Fall/Winter edition). It's been just over 4 years since I dove headfirst into photography, and for some reason I've been thinking about that fact a lot lately.I really meant to use DA more regularly over the winter, but somehow the winter slipped by...I was surprised, looking at the deviations I've submitted - I thought I'd submitted more. Calling all ladies! Myself and two other female landscape photographers (@islandtime and @Dani-Lefrancois) are hosting a "Women in the Backcountry" photography workshop adventure in July, 2015 in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada at a backcountry lodge nestled in the mountains. The image quality is so much nicer than Facebook, and I'm really enjoying the minimalist design. It's still in Beta, but it looks good so far!
