Character Development: Sandy and Betty

These are a couple of new characters I made up for a short Zine comic strip I've gotta put together for one of my university classes.

Betty is the large lady with the touque. She has a benign tumor growth on her hip that she refuses to remove.

Sandy is the taller, thin man in the housecoat. He's a very close friend of hers--he's like a brother to her and loves her dearly. He tries to convince her to get rid of her tumor (in vain!).

It's easy to make character sheets, but actually putting together a story is not. Haha. Wish me luck!

Did she always have the tumor? I don't remember seeing it when you showed me this before, unless I'm just blind lol
