So.... is this Mary Jane is Superior Spider-Man Costume as in, after Ock's erasure, and this time Mary Jane figuring the turht, she decided to don the mantle?

Or is this a more evil yet kinda wierder version of Superior Spider-Man where Ock took Mary jane's body instead of peter's?
