/! I understand sometimes life is bitchy and things can happen, making you cancelling your commission.
Ok.

Be aware that now, I'll sent back your money at 100% ONLY if I haven't started the definitive picture yet.

In the other case you have to pay a fee to recover your money.
I'm sorry, but spending time sketching lots of poses, contacting you; making things ok and , basically, starting the commission takes on my personnal time/ other people commissions; so I don't see why it should not be payed at least a bit !
A job remains a job.
