Paypal Commissions [OPEN]

By making the payment, the client is accepting all the terms and conditions

Terms:

- I accept PayPal and the payment is made in usd (Acepto PayPal y el pago es realizado en usd)

• I will send a PayPal invoice when your turn comes ♥ (te enviaré una factura a tu correo paypal cuando llegue tu turno)

- I want to clarify that I don't design characters, for that reason I ask the client for references of the character they want. In other words, the idea is that if you want to commission something, you have to be sure of what you want.

 (Quiero aclarar que yo no diseño personajes, por esa razón yo solicito al cliente referencias del personaje que desea. En otras palabras, la idea es que si deseas comisionar algo, tienes que estar seguro de lo que quieres)

- The client accepts the delivery of a piece / digital illustration through a drive or dropbox link, not a physical delivery of the commission (el cliente acepta la entrega de una pieza / ilustracion digital mediante un link de drive o dropbox, no una entrega fisica de la comisión)

- I'll start to draw when I get full payment - I will request payment when your turn comes

  (Empezaré a dibujar cuando reciba el pago total - yo solicitaré el pago cuando llegue tu turno) ♥

- For twitter clients, in case you change your username, you have to notify me, to update it in my list and not lose contact during the waiting time please ♥ (para los clientes de twitter, en caso cambien el nombre de su usuario tienen que notificarmelo, para actualizarlo en mi lista y no perder contacto durante el tiempo de espera por favor ♥ )

-Please do not trace the piece

  (No traces el dibujo por favor)

- Let me know if the commission will have commercial use. If that is the case, the price will be charged at 50% (Hazme saber si la comisión tendrá un uso comercial. De ser ese el caso el precio tendrá un cargo del 50%)

- Please be patient. If I see that your order will take me longer than I thought, you will know by DM

  (Por favor, sé paciente. Si veo que tu pedido me tomará más tiempo del que pensé, te notificaré por DM) ♥

- The clients may upload the artwork wherever they want as long as they give credits

  (Los clientes pueden subir la comisión donde deseen, siempre que otorguen créditos)

- Please, make sure you have a copy of your commission once it is delivered to you, sometimes I clean my folder (Por favor, asegúrate de tener una copia de tu comisión una vez te sea entregada, a veces hago una limpieza a mi carpeta)

- While you are waiting on the list, you can add more drawings if you want. However, you cannot add more drawings when the invoice is already paid to avoid that it becomes an endless commission and to be able to continue with the other clients! I hope you can understand ♥

(mientras tú estas esperando en la lista, puedes añadir más dibujos si así lo deseas. Sin embargo, no puedes añadir más dibujos cuando la factura ya esta pagada para evitar que se vuelva una comisión interminable y poder seguir con los demás clientes! espero que puedas entender) ♥

-The customer can make any lineart corrections they want only during the sketch stage. When the sketches are approved, the commission will proceed and in the delivery stage, the client can request only color corrections.(el cliente puede hacer correcciones del lineart solo durante la etapa de boceto. Cuando los bocetos estan aprobados, se procederá con la comisión y en la etapa de entrega, el cliente solo puede pedir correcciones de color)

- the price may increase if...

• the design of your character is complicated (+3usd)
  
  

• extra elements want to be added (plushies, accesories, etc) (+5 usd) (this doesn't apply to emotes)

• if two characters appear in the emote (it would be double the price of an emote)

Regarding emotes/drawings that will be animated, I only offer normal emotes/drawings (not animated), But if you tell me the emote that will be animated I can tell you what things I can separate in the sketch stage! Also what I usually do in a separate folder are the eyes or elements above the character (hearts, question marks, sparkles, text, etc.). I work in paint tool sai, but the program allows me to export the files as psd, in case your animator finds them useful!
