cheap pay to use base

i felt like doing a pay to use base so i did
on the left side of the pony are 
- a normal wing
- a closed batpony wing
- a closed normal wing

and on the right side are
- a short curved horn
- a longer, straight horn
- a donkey/mule ear
- a batpony ear

rules for this base are
