My boyfriend and I are going to be homeless Friday. We moved out of town to live and work. Things were ok for a while. I got a great job but I won’t be paid until next week. My boyfriend however was forced to quit his job due to an abusive employer. When he went to collect his last check, he was told to “go fuck himself” and that he was a pussy for leaving. He worked his ass off there for a week and a half, made below what he was supposed to make, and with no help. There is a charge pending on the restaurant however we have nothing until next week and the checkout day is Friday. I almost never really post anymore but I’m desperate. I need help. My boyfriend and I are living in Webster, NY right now, both of us have brand new jobs. We’re having the rug pulled from under us and are about to be homeless by 11am tomorrow. We just need a place to go until next month. Hotel or otherwise. We’ve tried DSS and emergency housing and they’ll separate us and put us miles away from work which is not something we can handle. If you or someone you know can help, please PLEASE DM me on here and I’ll give you my number to call so something can be worked out. We don’t care if we sleep on the floor of an unfurnished room.
