The idea of a holiday is great and all. You get to rest, spend time with family and indulge yourself in your hobbies. Sounds great, if you can apply the free time productively. Its been pretty boring lately. All I do is wake up, play a game, practice for a few hours then complete a series of activities which consist of nothing memorable. Don't you just hate it when days like that meld together? I mean, you can't tell monday apart from tuesday. Its horrible. I have a friend who's been living like that for a few months now. I can't imagine how he bears it.

The results of Animatsuri's art competition came in today. I lost. I've accepted that fact hours before I even found out. It was a nerve wrecking day for me, so when the news hit me. I felt disappointed. I didn't cry like a little girl or anything. Shit like this happens all the time. You just can't allow it to phase you and if it does, just get back up and use it as fuel/motivation to get better.
