-- Adoptable Overview --
    This auction is for the rights to Shijima Ichimatsu, the captain-commander of my Bleach fanon universe. Burdened by the weight of ages, Shijima is nevertheless a stoic and solid axle around whom the rest of Soul Society turns. Unshakable in her strength, her zanpakuto has been seen in action by very few; but those that have whisper that it can cleave mountains and reshape the earth around her. Further details can be found in other deviations in my gallery.

-- Adoptable Rights and Particulars --
  • The winner of this auction will receive full ownership of: creative rights to this character, 1 full-sized commissioned image (1200x1600) by caria0 and 1 background sheet written by myself; as well as any unposted background information that is requested by the purchaser.
  • Any details regarding this character, visual or written, may be edited by the new owner as they please. Gender, appearance, background, abilities, et cetera: you name it, you can change it.
  • I retain the right to use the aforementioned image and background sheet in a personal (read: not publicly available) “reference portfolio.” Ownership will be credited to the new owner where appropriate.
  • Crediting myself as the author of the written background sheet must continue if reposted.
  • Crediting caria0 as the artist of the commissioned image must continue if reposted.
  • Resale of this character is permitted: however, you must retain all rights and permissions as outlined here and elsewhere.
  • By posting a bid for this auction, you agree to these and all other terms outlined.

-- Auction and Payment Procedures --
  • This auction will remain open until December 9, 2016, midnight EST, or until the auto-buy price is reached. Late bids won't count.
  • Starting bid is USD 10.
  • Bidding is in minimum increments of USD 1.
  • Auto-buy is USD 25.
  • Payment will only be accepted via PayPal.
  • Please reply only to the “bid here” comment, with the new bid, SB (starting bid) or AB (auto-buy). Any unclear bids will not be counted.
  • The winner will receive a note after auction closure with payment directions. Payment must be posted within 48 hours of receipt: full-size art and other items will be sent after verification.
  • In the event of delinquency, the adoptable will be offered to the next-highest bidder. If there are no other bids, the auction will reopen at a later date.
