Commission work for a friend (his wife is from Russia) So, he wanted a kind of a heraldry shield depicting the mix of both heritages.

Done in Zbrush, then some texturing in Substance painter. From there to Keyshot for render pases: AO, Diffuse, deep and rim lights. Later all this in separated layers in Photoshop for postwork.

This is cute. But when I think about a hybrid between Russian and Mexican heraldry, I imagine a two-headed eagle tearing up a snake
