Description
Three days of work and my designs for the con twins are complete! ✨
Because I see them so dog coded in canon I decided to go with that for their designs.

Rumble and Frenzy were both in a dog fighting ring as blood sport bots, before being abandoned after the ring got busted. They were left in a cage to rot, until a certain communications officer found their energy signals. Ravage found them basically dying of malnourishment.
Neither of them like to talk about their past, insisting 24/7 on their collars to cover up their scars. Their visors make them colorblind, seeing only red, as well as other vision limits. So they go off of smell to navigate the most.
Frenzy is very agile, speedy and thin. With a 90/100 in jaw strength, more flexible servos and a very erratic fighting style. His jaws are crafted for ripping metal, yet he’s on the fragile side when it comes to his own plating.
Rumble is clumsy, muscled, and durable. With 100/100 jaw strength nothing can match up against his teeth and win. Jaws made for grip and holding, his pressure can crush joints. Despite being gifted with muscle he is slow in speed levels and very uncoordinated.
They’re both feral little mongrels who will prank and bite you with zero mercy.
This is how I(or A.K.A Moon) would react if I saw them:
Moon: "Oh! Hey Rumble! Hey Frenzy! Do you guys want Energon or some sweet treats? Also, I won't tell ol' Sounds about this, you kinda deserve it after working so hard for him. And plus, I'mma suprise with with a nice Energon treat that I have been planning on making for him a while now. He'll love it, or I hope he will....."
Rumble: "Treat? 🥺"
Frenzy: "Please"
Moon: "Okay." *Gives them some treats and wonder how her brother(Screamer, long story) is doing*
Also, side note, Moon isn't as rude or cruel as Screamer and wouldn't try and harm someone unless they have given her a reason to. She hates Megatron(just like Screamer) but she'll only give him intense glares, scowls, looks of "You really wanna mess with me, ya piece of scrap metal!?" and yeah. She will help Screamer when he is going through depression or if he is just crying in general in a place alone.
Moon doesn't hate Soundwave, though. She quite likes him(unless if he makes a rude comment to Screamer when he didn't deserve it) and is chill with hanging out him. Rumble and Frenzy KNOW, and I mean KNOW that if they really angry her, their going to be on the other end of a shoe. Moon will, from time to time, clean them up and give them treats if they aren't being idiotic with her.
Moon isn't so sure what to think about Shockwave since he doesn't really show emotion. She is kinda neutral about him.
