Photoshop Action - Bright Eyes

THIS ONLY WORKS FOR BLUE EYES. I WILL PUT ONE UP FOR GREEN EYES AND BROWN EYES ONCE I GET THE CHANCE.

*Click "download" to save the actions to your computer.
*Open your Photoshop, and on the Actions palette find the arrow in the right of the palette and click "load actions"
*Look for the Actions folder where you pasted the set before and choose it.
*Click Play to see the effect.
