Woo a Submission!!! *Le gasp*... I know.. Its been awhile.
Tis a Contest entry, a very fun one. This is a bloodline mini show held by *nadelkissen
Basically - You had to draw a horse with some of its family. I decided to go quite a bit far on this one. The main horse is DWR Romantic Reaction and his sire/dam and grandsire/dam on both sides. Mostly I just wanted to draw all these gorgeous horses :3
Horse Name: DWR Romantic Reaction
Horse Call Name: Rxn
Horse Age:6

So lets start with main horse DWR Romantic Reaction he is in the center, Buckskin Paint with Blue highlights! No lets look at his adorable painted family! Going to the left, The dark overo paint is his grandfather on his mothers side; DWR Dark Water. Fighting with Dark Water, is "Rxn's" Father; RPS Arc Reactor. He is also leading the pack because "Willie" is a punk and likes to pick fights
Now on to the ladies who as usual are calm and collected trotting behind their prodigy. Directly behind "Rxn" is his grandmother on his father's side, the ever lovely RPS Terabithia. Behind her, the tiny (compared to the larger Obertaurer's) Buckskin paint is "Rxn's" mother; DWR Dance With Me.... And lastly, in the back, the ever famous and beautiful Buckskin RPS Sex With My Ex, who is "Rxn's" Grandmother on his mothers side!

It was really fun to do this. I've been meaning to do a family portrait of one of my horses and Rxn is the perfect one. He has great bloodlines and quite a few horses to be found on both sides. He will be a strong Obertaurer :3 . The hardest part was correctly sizing them. Although the ones in the back will always seem smaller "Willie" and "Dancer" are only about 15 hds high (150 - 155 cm) While the RPS horses are almost 16.3 hds (170). So poor Willie and Dancer are tiny compared to them. Even Rxn isn't as big as his father or grandmother but taller then his mother and grandfather. Actually looking at it I prolly made Dancer too small
We'll enjoy people! Here's a short story:
"....Atari lined the horses up and readied her camera. She made sure to put the stallions at the opposite ends of the line, with Rxn in the middle. Willie can be a handful...all the time and as soon as he saw "Arc" he immediately wanted to pick a fight... "No Willie. Behave yourself! I want a family picture dammit." She called to the jealous stallion. Grumbling to herself, "who knows when I'll have this many RPS horses in my yard again.." She readied her camera about to take the perfect shot. The mares we're steady, the photo was gonna be perfect... "Hey Atari!?" Phillip called from around the corner, "Lyo called! He's wondering when he's gonna get his horses back?"
"When I'm done with them.. Hey guys dont move," Atari tried to stop the tiny herd as they began to walk away, decidedly uninterested in this humans picture thing. Willie, sensing his opportune moment, charged Arc causing him to squeal and back up into Rxn, who had decided to follow his sire. And then it began. Willie and Arc prancing around the corral, Atari wasn't sure if they were playing or fighting but Rxn decided he didn't want to be left behind and followed....
"Atari quick take the picture before they really take off. Then lets catch Willie before he injures himself ...or worse the RPS horses. Lyo and Damon will Kill us when they get back from the Obertaurer hunt". Atari raised the camera and shot it with out looking through the lens finder and quickly chased after the horses. ...."
haha We'll its a rediculous story but eh thats okay :3
Enjoy guys!
