I'd just change/edit her Hair-Face a bit but other than that great job! You can feel the flow of the picture and the bottom 2 goblins/orcs w.e just make it look more epic!

Thats one huge hand, but other than that I love it!!
New it was diablo 3 as soon as I saw it! Such a great action shot and really capturing the essence of the Diablo universe
