Baby Kal saves Bright Mac and Butter Pear from getting killed and changes the course of MLP history. In gratitude the family adopts him on the spot just like in the 1978 movie. Bright Mac: I've never seen a critter like him before. Butter Pear: Whatever it is, it looks like a baby. I know a baby when I see one and we sure can't be leaving him out here. They put Kal in the front of their wagon and discuss what they're going to do as they head home until they reach the top of the ridge. As usual I do have some ideas that I would have liked to have seen in the general story so I'll just go over them. The episode starts the way it is currently written. The Constellation is on patrol when they detect the 4th planet breaking up and they go to investigate. When they get there they see what is in the short. They're just like cops who are passing by a bank when they run into a guy in a mask running out of the bank carrying bags with dollar signs on them. Science officer Massada is even monitoring this and can give a report on how powerful that beam is. I remove the scan of the inside of the machine.
