Prismacolor pencils questions...

Hello everyone:) Anyone knows an online shop, where i can purchase single prismacolor pencils? (From USA or Uk) Also...i have the case with 48 colours, how can it be that they didn't put a single gray pencil?:/ Anyone else had this issue: after a while the dark colours on my drawings (using prismacolors only) develop some sort of whitish "glaze", "coat"(not sure what is the correct word:/), even though  i can remove it with a cloth or my fingers,  any tips on how to prevent that? Thank you:D
